You can reset your password from the log-in screen. Simply click the "Recover it here" link after the "Did you forget your password?" prompt.
Type in your email address, and MCA Suite will send you a temporary password. The next time you log in, use that that password, and then go to the "My Account" link at the top of the page to change your password to something more unique and secure.
Note: MCA Suite will lock your account after 5 failed log-in attempts. So better to reset your password right away than to try too many unsuccessful log-in attempts.
