Do you always need to setup the same collectors and merchant numbers by either Deal ID or Deal Name?  The system can automatically create that for you when you track a deal.


To setup the default collections method, navigate to Admin > Account Config > click Setup 'default collection methods' in the Defaults section.



You can then add or delete methods by choosing the Collection Type, Collector Company, and the merchant number option of BLANK, Deal Name, or Deal ID.


These collection methods will only be created once and will NOT automatically change if you change the deal name.  If you change the deal name afterwards, you will need to change each collection method.
