In many instances, deals will involve the same investors. Having to enter the same information for each deal can become redundant and time consuming. To help avoid this, MCA Suite lets you enter default investors for deal syndication as well as their participation percentages. To do so, browse to the Admin tab and on the left hand navigation, click on Setup > Syndication Configuration.

Similar to how syndication is normally set up for a deal, you would define the investor by entering in the company name, the participation percentage and any management fee applied to the collection amount. Once this information is saved, all future syndicated deals will have this investor information entered by default.

You can continue to edit and delete those values as you would normally do with syndicated deals. Having the default investor and participation information there serves only as a convenience.

Adding default investors have no impact on existing deals.  The only appear one time when you syndicate a new deal.
