MCA Suite has a number of system roles that allow Merchant Cash Advance funders and brokers to better manage their business operations, while providing partners access to their MCA Suite tenant.  Some user roles are unavailable until requested.



Below is a listing of our system users: 


User
Intended Use

What can this user do?

Administrator
Owner of the system
Full access to entire system (not including special user portals) and full user rights
Agent
Primary sub users of system; will perform most data inputting, uploading and tracking duties.
Primary system user but with more restricted access:
- cannot access Admin, Report or Gateway tabs
- only allowed to view records with specific access permission granted
- cannot view Commissions tab inside deal
- special Agent Productivity dashboard on homepage, without full access to pipeline
- can only soft delete records. Admin will have final say if a page is purged
Manager
A step between Agent an Admin; sort of an Admin right-hand man role
Can access everything an Admin can, except Admin tabs. Permissions are ignored. Managers are allowed to import contacts and deals.
OPSA role to handle basic administration.Can create users, teams, statements and campaigns in the system.  Has no access to any contacts or deals.
Team Leader
Broker role. Designed to be the leader of a specific sales and funding team. Duties similar to Agent.
Same rights as Agent, but cannot view DEAL TRACKING tab.
Chaser
Broker role. Designed to be the primary collector of documents before a deal is submitted to funders.
Same rights as Team Leaders, but cannot view SUBMISSIONS tab.
Telemarketer
Broker role. Very limited access to system. Primary responsibility is to create new application.
Can only create new applications into the system.  Access to the new application page only.
ReportLimited user with report access.This is an accounting type user with only access to the Reports tab.

Merchant
Portal user. Log in tied to a specific Merchant Company, so merchant can view his/her deals and transaction history.
Can view current funded deals and export transaction history.
Investor
Portal user. Log in tied to specific Investor Companies, so syndicators can view their deals.
Can view current syndicated deals, withdrawal history, running collections and current capital balance, and export these details into makeshift reports.
Broker User
Portal user. Log in tied to a specific Broker Company AND Contact Person. Submits new MCA Applications directly to MCA Suite.
Ability to submit MCA Applications and supporting documents directly to MCA Suite, as well as tracking status of applications (if they become deals).

**Broker Users can ONLY view the apps they have submitted.
Broker Admin
Portal user. Log in tied to a specific Broker Company AND Contact Person. Submits new MCA Applications, and views Apps submitted by others users in the same Broker Company.
Ability to submit MCA Applications and supporting documents directly to MCA Suite, as well as tracking status of applications (if they become deals).

**Broker Admins can view all apps submitted by other Broker Users tied to the same Broker Company.
