No, there is no single report that includes the thousands of fields MCA Suite captures. We recommend you go through our canned reports to see the available information that can be downloaded as a report. These reports summarize and include the important pieces of the system.
If you would like to customize and/or request a new report, please contact us at support@mcasuite.com and supply a spreadsheet with the columns you'd like to see and we can give you a quote to produce the report.
We also have a nightly dropbox backup feature which consolidates all your data into separate csv files. Attachments are not included in this backup as they are too large to be backed up and transferred. The nightly backup does incur an additional fee as it takes resources to aggregate into hundreds of files that represent your data. You will need to be familiar with SQL or have some familiarity with databases to understand the output of the backups.
